To labor in and foster self help educational programming and improvement toward an enhanced quality of living, and to elevate standards in the delivery of quality level consumer, merchant, public and social services by way of tiered assessment, monitoring, reporting, mediation and advocacy for the advancement in human services.

As a member supported agency we will provide you with confidential support and guidance to help you with a consumer, business, personal or a health care issue.

If you feel that you may not benefit from our services, please help someone else whom will, but unable to pay a membership fee, by donating to our Indigent fund $1, $5, $10 or which ever greater amount you feel comfortable giving.
